Born and raised in Kingston upon Hull, I completed my education here – with a memorable trip to San Jose, California for one semester as a student exchange. When I graduated in 2017, I found work through the University of Hull with Toranj Tuition and its sister organisation the Iranian Community of Hull. I also started my own proofreading company, called Moose Proofreading.
I currently work at Squideo Ltd., a 2D animated explainer video company based in Hull as a Marketing Executive. This includes managing the marketing campaigns for Squideo and its client American Chip Spice.

I offer proofreading and copywriting services to individuals and businesses. This has exposed me to new industries, subjects and ideas. I rebranded in 2021, using my favourite animal - the moose.

I started this account in 2017, as a celebration of Hull's status as UK City of Culture. It enabled me to develop my love of photography and connect with incredible people across the city.
