Squideo create animated promotional videos, corporate video production, company explainer videos, customer service videos, explainer videos and graphic design, and offer white label services. I have worked at Squideo as a Marketing Executive since 2022, which includes the marketing of their client American Chip Spice.
Squideo has a team of animation experts, and I like to show off this knowledge with a weekly round-up of industry news.
With the rise of AI, I wanted to emphasise the human element of Squideo's work with a series of quotes from each team member.
With our excellent Trustpilot rating, our client reviews really speak for themselves. I regularly share these on our social media channels.
I share one blog a week on Squideo's website and LinkedIn account, which I promote using thumbnails and an opening blurb.
American Chip Spice
In case you have somehow been unaware of the phenomenon that is American Chip Spice, here is a brief description: American Chip Spice is a truly unique blend of spices for sprinkling onto chips after they have been cooked. I have managed their social media accounts since 2022, as part of my work at Squideo.

As ICOH does not have its own social media accounts - due to the remoteness of its beneficiaries - we hosted updates about their work on Toranj Tuition's account.
For social media posts, I used Canva for production. I then monitored the success of these posts with Hootsuite and used that information to shape future designs.
Both organisations deliver a range of diverse education, heritage and community activities. This gave me great creative freedom when creating these posts.
Step Into Hull
I launched Step Into Hull in 2017 to celebrate Hull's status as the UK City of Culture. Living at the centre of these celebrations enabled me to capture some spectacular events, which I wanted to share and demonstrate to the world what a fantastic city I live in. The account has allowed me to develop my digital photography skills, engage with local businesses and community groups, and get involved with the city I love.
